I have been training on the tube

I was told a month ago that my pull ups were fake and not full from the bottom all the way to getting my chin up over the bar. I started by just hanging from the bar in the tube. then trying to pull myself up a little or pulling my knees up.


its a nice way to get something small into your everyday routine - training on the tube - what else you going to do on the tube. its also highly amusing for other tube travellers
